Order Lamb

Why have prices increased? Due to two years of drought and our ever-changing climate, grass growth in my pastures is increasingly unpredictable. Since my lambs depend almost entirely on the pastures, I have had to buy more hay than usual to keep them fed this year. Unfortunately, this raises the cost of growing each lamb.

To reserve your lamb, please follow these instructions and fill out the form below!

Order by November 30th. Lamb will be available for pickup in Lancaster or Columbus starting December 10th. Prices are:

  • $400 for a whole lamb. You will receive 35-40 lbs of meat, cut to your specifications. You decide which cuts you would like (roasts, racks, stew cubes, etc.) and how much you would like ground. This price includes the $100 processing fee. This order ends up costing you around $11.50 per pound of lamb.
  • $200 for a half lamb. You will receive 15-17 pounds of meat, cut to your specifications. You decide which cuts you would like (roasts, racks, stew cubes, etc) and how much you would like ground. This price includes the $50 processing fee. This order ends up costing you around $11.50 per pound of lamb.
  • If you end up recieving less than the predicted amount of meat listed above, you will recieve a discount.
